For the most comprehensive and advanced eyecare, you may want to consider joining one of our Eyecare plans.
Enhanced Eyecare PLAN £7.50 per month or £11.50 per month for Contact lens wearers
Our Eyecare plans explained.
Our priority at The Eyesmith is to provide top quality eyecare, service and products. By joining our Eyecare plan you enable us to provide this to you without any additional or unexpected fees.
Direct debits can be paid monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month.
All EYECARE plans include the following:
Annual eye examinations.
Additional tests (OCT, glaucoma, macular assessments and photography) as required.
Additional consultations to address any concerns you may have at no extra cost (NB dry eye investigations and treatments are additional as required).
Digital copies of any images captured (if requested).
20% off spectacles (frames, lenses, sunglasses).
The option to pay for your glasses on an interest-free direct debit plan over 3 months.
10% off any over-the-counter products.
ENHANCED EYECARE PLAN.
This scheme costs £7.50 per month for an individual.
We are also able to offer this scheme for a household for £26 per month. Our household scheme entitles all individuals within one household to the benefits of our enhanced Eyecare plan, regardless as to how many people there are.
(If some individuals from the household are contact lens wearers or want the additional benefits of being on our Eyecare PLUS plan (see below), then an additional £4 per month can be added to this for each PLUS member, up to a maximum total of £35 per month when all members will receive the PLUS benefits at no extra charge.)
ENHANCED EYECARE PLUS PLAN.
(For contact lens wearers and those diagnosed with dry eyes.)
This scheme costs £11.50 per month and covers everything in our enhanced Eyecare plan together with the additional services below. A household scheme is available for £35.00 per month and covers all individuals within one household.
The monthly cost above does not include any contact lenses, but plans including lenses are also available (see below).

Contact lens measurement and fitting appointments.
Additional assessments linked to contact lens wearing.
Refit appointments to trial new lenses.
Dry eye assessments included.
Discounted dry eye treatments (10% discount).
CONTACT LENS SUPPLY.
We are also able to supply contact lenses on a direct debit plan. The cost will vary depending on the type of lens you require, but we are happy to advise. Buying your lenses on a direct debit plan offers the following advantages:
Reduced price contact lenses.
The option to have lenses delivered regularly, and automatically, to an address of your choice.
No postage fees on your contact lenses when shipped standard delivery.
Additional standard soft lenses if any are lost or damaged.
Reduced price replacement gas permeable or custom lenses if lost or damaged.

Laser retinal Scan - OCT.
An OCT scan is similar to an MRI or CAT scan for the eyes. OCT can image in 3D allowing us to see problems within your eye that could not easily be seen before.
Zeiss - Humphrey Fields.
The value of measuring visual fields is as an aid to the diagnosis and monitoring of conditions such as glaucoma, strokes, the effects of medication on visual sensitivity and more.
Zeiss - iProfiler
Corneal topography is a non-invasive medical imaging technique for mapping the surface curvature of the cornea, the outer structure of the eye. Since the cornea is normally responsible for some 70% of the eye's refractive power, its topography is of critical importance in determining the quality of vision and corneal health.
